\u00ab Nous sommes ravis d\u2019annoncer l\u2019acquisition de Waveland \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Dave Witsken, pr\u00e9sident des secteurs \u00e9nergie et industrie pour BrandSafway. \u00ab En apportant \u00e0 BrandSafway les connaissances hautement sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de rev\u00eatements de maintenance offshore de Waveland, nous \u00e9tendons notre expertise dans les services de pr\u00e9paration de surfaces et de rev\u00eatements sur le march\u00e9 offshore international. Bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Eunice en Louisiane, Waveland est une entreprise de rev\u00eatements de maintenance qui d\u00e9tient des contrats \u00e0 long terme avec la plupart des grands propri\u00e9taires de plateformes de forage offshore, notamment des compagnies p\u00e9troli\u00e8res majeures poss\u00e9dant des installations en eaux profondes, des compagnies p\u00e9troli\u00e8res ind\u00e9pendantes avec des installations en eaux peu profondes, ainsi que des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de transport par pipeline. Fond\u00e9e en 1996 par Ed Caswell, actuel pr\u00e9sident de Waveland Services, Inc., l\u2019entreprise emploie jusqu\u2019\u00e0 200 personnes dans les p\u00e9riodes de forte activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Pour poursuivre son d\u00e9veloppement, Caswell a accept\u00e9 de g\u00e9rer Waveland, une entreprise de BrandSafway<\/strong>, nouveau nom des op\u00e9rations offshore combin\u00e9es de Waveland et de BrandSafway. Caswell rendra compte \u00e0 Danny Schexnaydre, vice-pr\u00e9sident r\u00e9gional de la Louisiane pour BrandSafway.<\/p>\n
